"Apartment looks in much better condition in pictures, on arrival everything is worn out and in bad shape. Old building by a very busy main road, nothing but street noise floods the apartment and this was with the windows shut in winter. Can't imagine what it would be like in summer with the windows open. The toilet, shower and sink has been squeezed in to a old broom cupboard, no space to move, you can shave while on the toilet as the sink is literally on your lap. The apartment does not reply...

"Check in at 2pm, 4th floor, digital safe, sloping roof, clean bathroom and bed, shower had very little power, toiletries provided. Breakfast as always was amazing, fried, cooked, continental, plenty of choice and good value, the only downside to breakfast is a lack of seats if the hotel is full and everyone arrives same time. The hotel could do with another lick of paint and a bit of refurbishing, plus it is no longer an all night reception, I think it closes at 8pm or 9pm. Transport links are...

"Prague is beautiful and this apartment was the perfect stay. Location - great. You can walk to the main sites and attractions and even to the old city. Many restaurants nearby and supermarkets/mini marts for your daily needs. Apartment - clean, spacious, comfortable with a proper kitchen. Best part is the view. Fantastic view of the river. "I loved my room at Akcent Hotel! I had beautiful views from my corner room’s floor to ceiling windows and balcony. My bedding was very comfortable and clean and rain shower head felt like a spa day. There is lots of public transportation options just outside the hotel and the area attracts homeless individuals. However the hotel staff ensured me the building is safe and is only accessible by key cards after office hours. I never felt in danger while at the hotel."
