Property was in a decent area with good options close to the hotel. Some maintenance issues (shower leaked, fridge not cold/cool, etc.) and, when pointed out, was told that was the way it was. Not a bad option and some upside but not a great option either. Might suggest finding an alternative. The "upgrade" was a bottle of champagne but the fridge woudln't chill it so not a great deal.

The hotel was very nice, and the room was very comfortable. But what made this hotel so nice and stand out was the staff. Everyone from the front desk, to housekeeping, and the staff at the bar and restaurant . They were helpful for suggestions on restaurant's, tourist attractions, transportation around the city, and overall friendly. Next time we're in Prague, we'll stay there again, and I've already recommended this establishment to my friends. Thank you hotel Caeser for the wonderful experience , you're already missed.

It was fairly close to the centre of Prague, and we enjoyed the free tour that was available. The room was nice and there was a good selection of food for breakfast. The reception staff could have been a bit more helpful and friendly, but overall it was a good experience.

Clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast. Location is out of the bustle of the high tourist spots but close enough to walk to. Several good restaurants right around the corner of the hotel as well. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Lovely grand hotel. Great, plentiful breakfast. Rooms were a good size and clean. Great location. 15 min walk to Old Town Square or Wenceslas Square but the metro is v near and there's a tram stop nearby. Would happily stay here again. Prague is stunning.
