excellent except for renovations but these were of a m inimal problem. One fault is the pending charge on our credit card. The sum of $231.37 appeared on my bank account and was not removed until we had vacated the hotel for several days. This was not explained properly. Once understood it was ok but I think it shows little trust of a client

Very polite staff! Very courteous and eager to help. Place was super clean. Got a little annoyed by them not fully respecting the "Privacy Please" indicator, but it was only so they could clean the room so I can't fault them too badly. I would definitely stay again.

Our family stayed in this hotel for 7 days. No complaints. The room is very clean at all times. Very nice location, walking distance to MRT station and all the food courts across the street. Will definitely recomment this hotel to anyone. Given the chance, would love to go back & stay there with my family.

“Good Value for Money”

The best way to describe this hotel is "Good Value for Money". the hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The room was very clean unlike any other budget hotels. its located in the center of the city so if you are planning your activities around Santosa island then it would require you to take Taxi (Expensive - about 15 SGP-Dollars) or train (about 5 minutes walk and cost 4 or 5 SGP-Dollars per person). i would reccomend this hotel to trabvellers who are planning a short trip to singaspore and would normally be out and about during the day.

“Convenience and comfort in Singapore”

The only thing that we could fault with the Rendezvous was that it was undergoing renovations during our stay. However, the only time we noticed this was when entering or leaving the hotel as we could not hear the work when we were in our room. Also, the pool was closed due to the renovations but we could use another pool across the road. We opted for the Plaza Club which provided us with a room on the top floor and access to the Plaza Club lounge for refreshments throughout the day as well as cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the evening. We were looked after very well and made to feel special. Nothing was too much trouble for the attentive and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Rendezvous at the Rendezvous”

This hotel is close to public transport, Fort Canning Park, The National Museum and Raffles. Most things you need are at your finger tips, or only a few MRT stops away. Extremely comfortable. You will always get a good night's sleep. Sadly the cost of in house restaurant and services are ludicrous. $5 for 5 minutes to use a computer for the internet. So best to use it as a base and explore food and other options from the surrounding areas.
