“Not Comfortable”

We didnt expect luxury in the price bracket we wanted to pay, but we did expect a small amount of comfort, particularly as the room we booked was titled "superior". The bed was an extremely hard mattress covered in vinyl with nothing between the vinyl and the very thin undersheet. The sheets had holes in them. The towel were so thin they did not adequately dry and the "bathroom" was the size of a standard toilet with a shower and no screen or curtain. The complimentary breakfast was of a very poor standard and the staff in the "restaurant" rude. We didnt use the breakfast vouchers after the first morning. The location of the hotel was fabulous, very central. The staff were also very nice.
