“The myth about Airport Hotels”

Beautiful hotel - very confortable room- great location especially if you have an early morning flight - connected right to terminal three - staff even load your luggage on a cart for easy transport to check in. MRT subway terminal located at site for easy transport into downtown Singapore. Would stay there again - Cost equal if not better than staying either on Orchard Road or the Marina area hotels

Located right in Terminal 3 - very convenient for a stop over between flights. Good rooms and nice restaurants. We did not notice much noise from flights - our room was well sound proofed.

Excellent place to stay should you need to catch a flight early in the morning as its only minutes away from the airport. Happened to have a big group at check in, therefore, had to wait for a while to check in but staff were very helpful.

The room was perfect with all the amenities, including a great breakfast service. Staff were courteous and helpful, everything went smoothly, and the convenience of being right at the airport cannot be stressed enough. The interesting room decor is truly great.

Superb standard hotel, great bath/shower room. Good catering and bar facilities, all drectly linked to Terminal 3 at Changi Airport. Room 508 had good runway views. Train links from basement level to centre of Singapore.

the hotel was spotless and modern - the staff was excellent - i arrived after the business center closed and they opened it for me without making me feel like i was inconveniencing them - at checkout she looked up my flight's gate so she could best direct me -- one thing you want to know in advance is that while the hotel is literally in the airport just outside the customs area you will need to pass through customs with the proper form filled out (when i got confused airport customer service employees personally walked me to customs and customs is aware of the hotel location and showing a reservation confirmation made the process quite simple)

“completely surprised by this incredibly luxurious airport hotel”

We had meager expectations since it was an airport hotel, but it turned out to be very luxurious. We were shocked by its high quality, good size rooms, very modern styling and features. There is even an outdoor pool that is huge! It is as good as a 4 or 5-star quality hotel within the city. If it weren't for the distance, it would be usable as a base for tourists. For airport transit, the location in unbeatable as it is directly connected to Changi and is actually an integrated part of the airport. Getting to the terminal takes only 2 minutes (Terminal 3, that is). Would stay here again without question (if I had a very early or very late flight).

“Perfect stop over”

This was a great hotel - extremely modern and set up with the traveler in mind. The bed was very comfortable with just the right sized pillows - I hate the huge pillows. The pool was very unique and my girls and I had a lot of fun playing hide and seek through the huge areas of marble and garden placed through out the pool. We did not use the restaurants, preferring to dine at the airport for much less $$. The gym looked small but adequate and the staff was very friendly. We had a room with 2 double beds which slept the 4 of us nicely. The kids thought this was the best hotel they had been to.
