"The spa is downright false advertising. The hotel website has a whole page about the spa, featuring various steam rooms, etc, and saying the wellness area is open starting 8 in the morning. The reality is that all wellness facilities remained closed in the morning with the exception of a lukewarm ..."

"Unterkunft war äußerst sauber. Leider sehr wenig Geschirr vorhanden. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Und das Vorhandensein von Mülleimern in Küche und Bad sind nicht nachvollziehbar da wir unser Müll mitnehmen sollten. Somit haben wir eine Tüte benutzt."
