"This property has a good location. Close to the Plaza and Westport. We have stayed here a couple times for a Chiefs game weekend. The two bedrooms are great with king beds in each and a bathroom for each bedroom as well. Nice common area for the living room and kitchen. Some things are in disrepair such as the bathroom doors, hooks on the back of the doors and simple things that could use an upgrade. Walls are very thin and you can hear people in the apartments above you and next to you. Overall...

"House was perfect for the 4 of us. Manager Lance communicated very well before, during, and after our stay. Quiet neighborhood close to many KC activities. House was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. All 3 queen beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms had everything we needed and showers had good water pressure and had all soaps and shampoos needed. We had a nice parking spot in the back, but right in front of the house on the street was also always available."

My only complaint (which is hardly one) is that we arrived after 9pm and had a hard time figuring out which door to enter to get into the specific unit. "We had a great time at The Nelson condo. It was a good location to launch from as we revisited our favorite Kansas City spots. And the space is cute and functional. Despite some difficulty with road construction for the streetcar expansion, and the inconvenient outage of the elevator, we were happy with our pick for staying in KC for a long weekend. And lastly, there were a few minor issues upon arrival, but the property manager had a maintenance person there to address the issues within hours...

"Pictures don't quite do the place justice. It is a great spot in a great location. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There is the noise aspect to consider, but wasn't bad at all when we stayed (4/12-4/14). This was for our annual siblings weekend and was a hit! The only thing to worry about is parking. We got lucky and found a spot, and just hopped on and off the streetcar for the weekend."

"This is a large house in a great neighborhood. We were on a youth group trip and our kids really enjoyed all of the activities available in the house. It was not pool season, but we still enjoyed the spacious patio and outdoor area. The host communicated very well and there were no problems with booking or check-in. Definitely recommended!"

"Layout worked very well for our stay, located in a very nice neighborhood. We met up with family for golf and shopping. There are areas of the home that need attention. Deck is showing age and spindles are falling out which would be unsafe for a family with little kids. I wish we would of had access to the whole home or notified prior to staying that some areas are off limits. Other than that minor stuff, it worked very well for our trip. Kitchen is nice and big."

Not even street parking availability and a lot of reserved spots available but not allowed to park in. Toiletries were the thinnest ive ever come across. But other than that id go back"
