"Nice clean condo. Smaller than pics but I would recommend."

"The condo was immaculately clean and we made sure to keep it that way (took our shoes off to preserve the carpets, etc). All blankets, pillows, towels, kitchen utensils were provided, and then some. We were very comfortable and would love to stay again! Thank you for a great stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were a couple of things that could have been better. The bathtub in the bathroom was very slippery. There should be a rubber mat or a bar to hold on to so a person doesn’t fall. Also there was only one hand towel, which looked like someone had already used. The bathroom only had two bath towels. "I was happy with everything about the property, except that when we arrived, the AC did not work. When I reported this to the owner, it was initially dismissed such that we had to spend the first night in very warm temperatures. They did fix the problem by the next day And gave a small refund. The property is clean and very well appointed and convenient to Yosemite. I just wish I had been taken seriously on the first day about the thermostat."

"Very Quite. Almost no one at the lake this last week of November. Lots of stairs at the condo. 3 Levels . Bathrooms on bottom floors. Hand rail on 2nd level stairs needs to be repaired or replaced. Over-all great time if you enjoy no crowds and you don't mind the work out going up and down the stairs."

"Location, parking and access to lake and pool with clubhouse is great. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds were comfy, electric blankets were great! Towels and soap, shampoo were appropriate…appreciated Games for kids were great, decks and umbrellas are nice. I felt like the whole unit could use a deep cleaning and dusting. Cobwebs from ceiling, lamps, etc. The carpet needs to go, it is very challenging to keep carpet clean in the mountains. Some auto lighting on steps outside would be very helpful...

"Everything about this condo was lovely. The exception to our stay was the on site permanent resident with his golden retriever dog walking around making trouble with guests. We did not appreciate his constant presence & interference with our stay. He is a bully & does not respect the guests. Please have a talk with him as we rented a lot of cabins & do so for over 10 years. Thanks again."

"The property was dated, but very clean and functional. It had everything we needed and was close to China Peak. Made for a great vacation. Would stay here again!"

"I would give this property a 5 had not been for the uncomfortable bunk beds and the old pots in the kitchen. Need to throw the ones there away and get some nice ones."

"This place was amazing! We actually run our own Airbnb, so we have very high standards! It was extremely close to everything that we wanted coyote Snow Park, and the trading Post restaurant! The place was very clean and well stocked. The only thing that I wish they had was pillowcases for the extra pillows in the closet. There were no pillowcases at all or sheets for the pull out bed downstairs. Other than that we absolutely love the place and we will definitely stay here again!!!"

"Really enjoyed our time at this property. The decor was nice and the beds were comfy. It was a bit of a walk from the street up to the front door and it was not cleared as we came after a snowfall but other than that we really enjoyed our time here."

"This is our favorite of all the many condos we have stayed in since our cabin burned down. Love the deck, view, and furnishings, but would have been more comfortable if the downstairs room had a window curtain and a lock on the outside door. The refrigerator never got cold, we had to toss milk, meats, etc."

"Nice layout. Sizable dining and living rooms areas. Bedrooms, bathrooms, closets were nice size. Mud room type area upon entry was great. Nice fire burning fireplace. Some issues with cleanliness in bathrooms, but not terrible. Biggest problem was the fire alarm was chirping and 15+ feet up a wall. No one would come to fix it the first night and I certainly couldn't reach it. It was a terrible sound to deal with all night. Had driven hours and then was very challenging to be able to doze off...

"We really love the location of this cabin. A short hike to the lake or 10 min walk to town but we did not hear any commotion from the main road. The layout is the perfect size for 4-6 adults. Cornhole and fire pit area are a nice addition to keep kids occupied. The small heater worked well but it was not too cold outside. Stove, microwave, everything you need. I just had to go get matches because the lighter was out of liquid. A potato peeler or pairing knife would would have been a plus but...
