"Fine property but several inconveniences. Upstairs shower is very small, not usable for any adult or teenager, so expect to only have one shower. "Check in was smooth and easy, we had the code the day before sent to us so we were ready to go. All the host asked was for us to let them know when we left. The house was very clean and the furnishings were cute and comfortable. The sheets smelled really clean like they’d just been washed. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Carlsbad Caverns or Guadalupe it was a great location to see both."

Owners had a great coffee area set up, only thing was there were not coffee filters, so we didn't get to take advantages of the coffee.
