Room was clean. Our original room had an issue with the TV and phone, but they promptly put us in another room. The staff was friendly and the property was on good working order.

Spacious 4-bedroom house in charming Carlsbad with WiFi and AC
The house was nice but all the Ring cameras bothered me. I felt like I was being watched. It did smell like dogs when we first got there, but after opening the windows the smell went away.
