"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"Great location close to ferry drop off, shopping, and restaurants. They were quick to check us in and even checked us in a little early. When we settled in our room, we got a knock on the door and were greeted with complimentary champagne. They recommended us where to rent a scooter and even called to help make accommodations if we needed. Everyone was very helpful. A great stay overall with great service. "Casa Aurora is nice. The bummer was driving to the location as was very stressful. I would recommend traveling anywhere on the Almafi coast with a local driver instead of renting a car. The parking was an additional 25 euros, so we parked on the street, but if you have young kids and luggage that becomes a bit tricky. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was accommodating."
