"There was a used/dirty towel behind the bathroom door from the previous guests. Maybe it's a one-off situation that housekeeping overlooked, but it was unpleasant and I only hope they were not as careless with the bed linen."

"Parking was easy and located on the ground floor under the hotel. The location is very convenient to the downtown shops, restaurants and Pier. They are currently undergoing major renovations so we didn't get to see it fully open and running. Our room was not renovated yet. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. It was somewhat dark and dated - so can't wait to see what the newly rennovated rooms will look like. The AC was a wall/ window like unit and didn't seem to run as much as we would have liked. (And obviously that style AC is loud). Hoping they plan to dd ceiling fans in the rennovations. Loved that we had a mini fridge and microwave to warm up leftovers right in our room. "
