"This place has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The communication leading up to and during our stay was excellent. The condos were spacious and fully stocked. They even got us a keurig machine for our stay! Walking distance to some amazing restaurants and groceries. The property has 2 lovely pool areas. Both with hot tubs. One of the hot tubs wasn’t working that well, but the other (by the smaller pool) one was great. My friends and I had a blast for our first time in Scottsdale....

"We felt and saw they they have not Dusted in a long time. The floors were dirty feet were black from walking around in the condo. The rug in front of couch was so so dirty and stained. It was gross. We had no mom or swifter to clean up the floor. Other than that we had a good time and enjoyed the condo. Instructions we very simple and short. Loved that."

"This location couldn’t be better! Plethora of options is no exaggeration and the proximity to the mall is an added bonus. With rising temps, we managed 4 mile walks indoors every morning while window shopping before stores opened. We would both recommend as well as return."

"We stayed here at the end of a two-week trip and chose the location because it was close to the Phoenix airport. This place was a great value. It had what we needed, was up-to-date, and was in a really great area. I had not realized how enormous the Fashion Square mall was, and it is literally across the street from this set of condos. We walked to and enjoyed seeing Old Town Scottsdale, just south of the mall. It was also close to the Desert Botanical Gardens. The area was safe and quiet. Jim...

"A colleague and I stayed at the condo to complete some work projects and enjoy some leisurely time at local restaurants. Everything we needed was provided. Clean accommodations and close to downtown Scottsdale. Steve was very communicative and although we didn’t have any issues I was sure he would respond promptly should something have come up. Would absolutely book again if staying in Scottsdale."

"It truly felt like a home away from home. The host had thoughtfully provided all the essentials, and we were especially delighted to find a fully stocked kitchen. "Very convenient! Property was as advertised. Pool and hot tub were great! Gym facilities met our needs. The pool table was in rough shape but my kids seemed to enjoy it enough. Dave was easy to work with and I appreciate him arranging for us to get in a day earlier. A little inconvenient with only one key fob to get around the property (to negotiate locked doors/gates) but that was the only detractor."
