Just be aware there is no front desk, you will need to check in and out, on the screens provided on level 1... but for those who are self-sufficient this is a very fast method. We were pretty disappointed to receive a smaller size bed, even though the city apartments are listed with a king...

"It's a great little apartment, although facilities were quite old, they had everything. Service and Location was great! Walkable distance to Edinburgh castle, royal mile and Victoria street. We parked our car at the hotels designated carpark."
