"Without doubt the worst hostel I have stayed in in Europe. Can't check in before 18:00. Rules for everything. Access during the day is difficult as the door is locked. Access is difficult due to the steep staircase. Shared toilet bathrooms are like you experienced at school, maybe worse. Staff treat you like a 13 year old school kid. Don't touch the microwave! "This is a BEAUTIFUL place to stay. More house than hotel! It appears to be totally renovated and the decor is gorgeous. The view of the pool and the mountains in the distance were wonderful. Our room was spacious and the shower was fabulous. It is located in a very small town with just two restaurants, neither of which were open, so we went to a quaint market within walking distance for cheese, wine, etc. Everything was great. Monsanto was a quick drive away."

He designed and oversaw the renovations made to his families home, and his attention to detail made our upstairs suite and the entire house very comfortable.
