If we had known that the TV living room area and the kitchen are shared with other guests in what would have turned into a cramped area as all the guest rooms open their doors out onto this area we would never have stayed there. "The owners mother was half an hour late to let us into the property meaning we were standing in 40 degree heat waiting for her, no apology once she arrived! The property was clean and tidy and the rooms were a good size. "This is a very basic hotel. No elevator but lots of steps, so be prepared. It’s also laid out in a weird way so the entrance is actually through the basement rather than the front door. "Our stay here was perfect. It felt like we were in a rain forest and close to nature. The hotel was new and very clean. The staff were very friendly. We had some rain during our stay so we were able to enjoy the spa, suna, and gym. The village has many dining options, but it would be helpful to have a rental car."
