"We really like the spot on the bayou. It is a very beautiful landscape. The staff was not very helpful and not as friendly as expected. However, the staff on the beach area was very friendly and helpful. It seemed like it was a bother to ask questions on the phone and at the front desk. The room was clean. Not nearly enough towels for 3 people and the soaps were out in the room. "

"Staff very nice , loved beginning my day with coffee by the bay and ending my day by the bonfire. Rooms are decorated cute with comfy pillows on the bed, Two things to consider bringing if you stay- hand towels as they don’t have those and air freshener as there is no fan in bathroom- maybe ours didn’t work in 302 Would definitely book here again! "
