"The room was clean, large and comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. There was a serious inconvinience at check-in. We booked a triple room but we get a double one. When I expained it to the receptionist we get a triple room. The receptionist said the 3rd bed is not made but it will be made in some minutes. We returned to the hotel 8 hours later but the 3rd bed was not made so we had to wiait for it about half an hour."

"There were six of us staying here for a week partly for the Austrian MotoGP. We had a few problems finding the chalet initially and the dirt track up to it takes a bit of getting used to on motorbikes, but once we found it, it was perfect. "The hotel is the perfect central location for the city and everything is within walking distance. Wonderful front desk staff who managed to answer all my questions! I loved the rooms and the view from the room and the amazingly soft bed. Nice glass shower with good pressure too. The breakfast buffet area has an amazing view -- it is so cool to see all the snow capped Alps around you. The buffet was very good, with super alpine ham too!"
