"Lovely hotel with perfect, very friendly service. Very good food, tasty dinner and also breakfast, nicely served and not buffet style. Very special and relaxed atmosphere. The spa is great too. 15 min walk to downtown but there is a ski shuttle service in the morning and buses are going too. "

"For those looking to stay for longer periods, and have some of the creature comforts of being attached to a hotel (like room cleaning, room service etc) without having to stay in a hotel, definitely recommend this place. The location was excellent as had almost literally doorstep access to 3 lifts to go up to different parts of the mountains, as well as close by bus station and rail station to go elsewhere within the area as well as Austria quite easily.
