"The hotel ticks a lot of boxes for a Calais hotel, it’s convenient for Le Shuttle, has charging points and is dog friendly with lots of places to walk to dog. Service was average we arrived early at 2pm and it was a flat NO to early check in without any effort to expidite it. I ordered drinks at the bar and the waitress was polishing cutlery she saw me but made me wait 5 mins whilst she finished the whole lot of it. Rooms were clean and well maintained. "

"The hotel is in a great location, very quiet and safe. The part of the hotel we stayed in was rather dated. The pool and spa was excellent although the 5pm restriction of children is too early. "Lovely little hotel. Very personal touch service and we were made to feel very welcome. We do not speak any French but the reception staff were more than happy to assist and accommodate us. Large enough with everything we’d need for a short stay. King bed was comfortable, ensuite even had a bath. Safe and easy parking right outside, and only a short walk to Cite d’Europe shopping centre. "
