"My family and I stayed here for a quick weekend get away. It was the perfect way to get the kids exploring and experiencing all that nature has to offer. The creek was flowing which made for great exploring. The pool cooled us off after walking around with goats and horses. My kiddos could not have been more in love than they were with the baby goats on the property. The cottage was perfect for our family of five and had all the necessities. Thank you, Miss Beth, for a fabulous weekend."

"It was a beautiful home. However, it is supposed to be on the lake, and there was no water within 1/2 a mile due to the extremely low lake levels (not their fault). "Everything was clean and ready for us as soon as we got there . Judy was amazing and attentive . I was on crutches, but she was super accommodating the entire trip. "I'm conflicted on this review - the property was clean and with lots of sundries and supplies, beds were great, firepiit nice, no complaints, overall very good. However, with the lake withdrawn for years around a half mile from the house, this was not even close to waterfront pic they proudly show on the site. Yes, there was a clear disclaimer in the text, so no bait and switch, but leaving the photo up today with the lake down for years, then placing the disclaimer in to avoid liability, well...

"Very nice. Clean. Easy to find. Beautiful addition and character. Wi-Fi was a bit troublesome but worked. We loved the old original floors and the squeak in the master bedroom. "This property was amazing. When they say fully stocked they werent kidding. Coffee maker. Tons of silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses, shot glasses, measuring spoons and cups, knives, towels, etc. Property owner was very friendly. Read previous reviews of uncomfortable beds and couches and this was not the case. Couches were great even had throw blankets on them. Only thing to make the stay better would be the water levels for the lake to be up. But out of anybodys control and was mentioned...
