Food was mediocre at best, the drinks were very low quality. They don't even serve Mimosas!! WTH??? The bedding & pillows are rough. We had no water one morning, our toilet actual broke and on 2 other occassions the toilets would not flush. Ugh!!! We had to continually ask to fill our room with coffee and water. The only way to get better service was to become a premium member, no thank you!! This place is not worth any extra money. I will not be going back to this place again.

Parros was a good server, only his first week! Solid drinks. Easy vacay to sit and relax! Staff was friendly, lots of food options. Would recommend making a dinner resy early, they fill quick! And just walk to the street to get a taxi back to the airport, much cheaper. The one thing I wish they would change is the sellers on the beach are too close to the resort.

All drains in our room did not drain, the water in the shower became like a pool and the sink was the same. The jacuzzi was the most disappointing since it did not retain the water.

Location is good, but beach is not swimable. Staff are friendly and service is good. Shows are great and dancers are excellent. Negative side is that some of the public washrooms need to be cleaned more often, especially the ones outside, and lack of Asian choices in the buffet, and lack of coffee choices. Overall, it’s good and good kids area.

1)Would like to have Ubers allowed to pick you up at Resort instead of having to walk out of property for guests safety 2) shouldn’t need to make reservation for restaurants 3)when painting or moping maintained crew should be done early morning instead of afternoon when more busy - inconvenience to have bathrooms closed by pool because of painting !!!

the resort itself was super pretty. lots of kids though. we wanted to go for events and enjoy the party scene but that was just not this place. if you want a fun, more laid back experience, i’d recommend this place!

The staff were amazing and always went above and beyond. The fellas doing the DJing, and putting on the events were great. Maria was the best bartender by far!! Also gotta give credit to the omelette chef. She killed it every morning and made the best omelettes.

Good food. Please dont expect American type food. Remember your in Mexico. I saw a lot of negative posts on food and birds in the hotel. Yes the food is different, we enjoy it very much. Yes there are seaguls. I have birds in my own backyard when I bbq. So all and all a family friendly resort. If your looking for the big party. Go somewhere else. Adults and children type of hotel. Very clean. Great services. 4 ala cart options. Awesome staff. Live music in ala carts. Shows every night. Really enjoyed our experience. Parents looked after children very well. 30 min. walk to down. Do not swim in the sea. Go to designated beaches they are gorgeous. We will be going again. Oh ya they serve hard ice cream around the pool

It was a very nice resort. Staff was friendly and polite, but the food was below average. So were the drinks. Watered down to the point you are just drinking fruits and water, not alcohol. We should’ve booked the activities out of the resort, because we then found out that the resort charged us way more and it was cheaper to book activities straight from the agency, Cabo adventures. The resort was overpriced on the activities.

The property is beautiful. So many beatiful plants and landscaping. Pools were nice although I was a little surprised that they allowed children at the swim up bar...like actually taking seats. I think other resorts considder that pool to be adult only. So there were times that we swam up and couldnt sit on the barstools because eight year olds were taking them. I didnt think the staff was nearly as friendly as other resorts I have stayed in....most of them walk by you and dont say a word. There were a few amazing employees....the 3 bartenders at the swim up pool were awesome....we had a waiter in the Mexican restaurant that went way beyond. Overall I would stay theree again

The facility is old. The main foyer is beautiful, clean, updated but when you arrive in the rooms, it is dirty (hair and sand on the floor) and dark. The pool is okay but the tiles are grungy and some areas obviously needed repair. There was stool in the kids pool and the kids area smelled very strongly of urine. The food was hit or miss. One night was Mexican at the buffet and that was amazing! El pastor tacos made to order plus many other options. Like many other all inclusives, this resort reuses the food. So the morning after the Mexican night at the buffet, it was all Mexican breakfast food reused from the night before - not wasteful but other options would be nice. The breakfast omelets made to order were great but the rest of the breakfast was usually cold such as the waffles and pancakes. Sometimes there was bacon, sometimes not. The a la carte dinner reservation system is challenging, unless you are a member you basically won’t get a reso. The late night snack bar was a joke. Beef tacos, one salsa and some onions. Refused to add cheese or avocado. They told me I had to order room service to get those options which comes with a 6$ US cost… the drinks were made from crappy booze and you have to specifically request the name brands bottles on display. Overall it was fine but this is certainly not a 5 star hotel… I would say 2.5. For more than 400$ a night for my young family of 4, I would rather stay at a true 5 star hotel without the all inclusive option.

German from Trip Advisor misquoted the taxi to airport price, he told us $150USD when the tea price was $40USD. Room was clean, very cold refrigerator, great fruits. Food was good, A for the prehispánico and Michael Jackson show. The entertainment pool bar and waitress staff weee great. Clean towels and pool bar waitress were happy, funny and very good socially.

We had a great time staying at Royal Solaris. The staff was very friendly. There are plenty of food options daily and the reservable restaurants were delicious. The main pool has a lot of space surrounding it. There is also a shallow pool and an entire kids pool and area that were great for our children. Easy to park on site or get transported to. Walkable to restaurants and shops if you want to get away for a bit. Our room was fine, nothing fancy but acceptable. You can enjoy the sand on the beach but there is no swimming where the property is at due to unsafe conditions. Overall we would stay here again.
