All employees are very accommodating and friendly, but I would like to give a shout-out to Paz. He’s the one who stood out the most during our stay. He offered us drinks and food on the last day of our stay. Also, he recommended new flavors of shots and continuously just asked us if we needed anything. He even helped the lady who was drunk at the other table. Overall, our stay was 10/10, with phenomenal property and even extravagant people. I will recommend it to friends & family. Till next time!

An excellent all inclusive adult only resort in San Jose Del Cabo. The staff are incredible, sevice is beyond great. Clean, clean, clean. Food and drink are plentifull and good. We enjoyed 8 days here and would definitely go back.

Overall as soon as you enter to the lobby, you are mesmerized with this infinity pool and ocean and the nice staff. We didn’t drink alcohol so it was overpriced for what we paid for, and the virgin mojitos options weren’t all that wow. Food was pretty mid. You did have though the options to choose from 4 restaurants and one paid restaurant. I think what made me like the resort is the friendliness of the staff and how they are so nice. I wouldn’t recommend it for a person of color though

We stayed at Marquis, for 4 days, and it was just perfect getaway for us. The room was spacious and loved the service, special mention of our server ARTURO and ERIC!! You guys were great and the drinks were strong! We also enjoyed food at Sake and the Mexican restaurant, wish they had a little bit of morning DJ music, but they have good entertainment and live bands in the night. More of a peaceful retreat kind of resort!

The property is amazing it really is stunning. The food was pretty good especially the tacos and shawarma they do by the pool was 10/10. The staff was amazing! We met so many great people especially Carlos in the cafe he was so sweet and Xchotil (sure I spelled her name wrong) she was in SAKE amazing! There were two staff by the pools Potter and Harry they were great. They found out it was my birthday and the staff went above and beyond. Also gave us a cake for our last day. It’s really not a hotel for doing anything besides drinking and lounging the crowd seems to be older and quieter or just more of a quiet crowd at least that’s what it seemed like when I was there.

Everything was wonderful. My only complaint was people just leaving stuff on pool chairs to secure them for the whole day and most of them never getting used. The staff should do a better job of monitoring and removing the items the are left unattended for hours.

Top notch resort. Food was great and staff could not do enough for you. Very relaxing, and calm. If you want a party and late night activities this is not for you. We had things to do and peace when we wanted it pickleball and tennis courts were on great condition, too bad they did not get a lot of use. Do not book tours thru the Concierge desk. We did a clear bottom boat tour. The boat was great no complaints. However the bus driver did not speak English and we did not get the pick up place. We thought it was where we were dropped off so we waited and missed time at the beach. Had to call the hotel to get correct info Use Expedia or trip advisor for tours

The property itself is gorgeous. The staff were amazing. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was wonderful. What ruined this stay was the food. There were limited options on food and what was served was almost inedible. I wasn’t expecting gourmet food at an all inclusive resort, but I was expecting food that was worth eating. The best food we had the entire visit, was a regular hamburger for room service. Overall, it’s a gorgeous, quiet resort with great staff, just be prepared to stay hungry your entire stay.

This was our second stay at the Marquis and we will be back. The staff is top notch! 24/7 they are caring for the guests and the property. We felt completely at home.

Resort is beautiful and I’d go back strictly for the pool and views, food is not very good at all- nor drinks. We went off resort for food and drinks often and brought drinks back to pool because drinks have a very diet flavor to them. Pool staff was not very helpful. We asked for sliced pineapple and they told us they had none. Then we asked for jalapeños and they said they had none. Like the resort doesn’t have them… but then we ordered room service the next day and those are both options on the menu. Loved the resort, but if you’re lookin for good food and drinks look elsewhere.

I had high expectations from the hotel and it is not worth it, the pools are ice water, the food seems to me to be very limited and tasteless. I feel very disappointed in the hotel.
