They messed up our deposit and check in and charged us over 600$! Thankfully we had money to spare and they were able to fix it and we didn’t mind much but I can see how it would be troublesome to some people. Also parking is hard but that’s more on me since it was my first time in San Fran. Area is a lil rough especially at night.

For what il the price is, great stay. Right downtown, so of course, proceed with caution but also busy area so you don’t feel isolated.

If you need an inexpensive night or two in San Francisco this is fine. Cleaning wasn’t great, and watching the cleaner clean a toilet with used towels from a room didn’t feel great. But the location was convenient to BART and downtown.

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and well kept. It would have been nice if there was a way to heat up water or a microwave/fridge, but other than that, nice place.
