The Ladies at the front desk were great upon arrival. Very professional very nice. Hotel was very clean. The price was very reasonable. I Have no complaints. Next time I come to San Diego, I will stay here again.

Room cleaning every other day? Never heard of this before. Needs some updating, very worn. Nobody ever at front desk. No restaurant on weekdays. No shuttle from airport

Bathroom was big and spacious. Mini fridge was spacious. Location to the civic center traffic was not ideal. but overall very good experience. Thank You.

From the moment I pulled everyone from the Valet to the front desk worker to the custodial staff were all very friendly and helpful. Then I went to the bar and the bartender was exceptionally friendly, there were probably 10 people in the bar and felt like we had all been freinds for years. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to San Diego

Valet was kind of expensive but around the corner is a parking garage with in and out privileges. Walkable to Gaslamp district. Cute place, clean and quiet. I’d stay here again.

No parking at this property, you have to pay to park and the nightly parking rate is half the price of the nightly room rate. Then when you do pay to park it’s either $42 for the night for Valet or $30 for self parking. Self parking is a mess because it’s limited parking only on the top floors. Everything else on every floor says it’s reserved. The front desk wasn’t helpful at all it’s like she didn’t know anything at all. Oh and when you ask to speak to a manger “they don’t come in until after 2:30pm” when majority of people have already checked out. This will definitely be on my list of properties to never visit again.

Loved how quick and easy check in was, the inside is really nice and accommodating. They have a bar next to the lobby. Vallet parking is the best way to go. Loved the fact we got a room upgrade and a bottle of wine

Poor management. I had called the Bristol hotel specifically regarding the parkkng located at the hotel. My car is a classic and needed to be secure. Host at the front desk confirmed I would be able to park there with no problem. Even checked the height requirements. When I arrive they did it allow me to park there because no one knew how to drive stick. And would not allow me to park it in their garage. I had to park my 67 bronco in another building around the corner. Both front desk clerk didn’t seem to care and just said I’m sorry which is u acceptable. If this was the case I would never booked here. And to top it all all when we had our room service. We found blood on our pillow case which again management didn’t seem to care. Won’t stay here again! Yelp review will have pictures and more details.

Walked in, was immediately greeted by the front desk lady. (Forgot her name) she upgraded our room to a suite. Bed was comfy! Slept in until 9am (we never sleep in past 6:30) We will return for another stay, for sure!

Staff was not friendly didn’t make any effort to accommodate my parking needs, inconveniently woke up too early by the loud sound of banging being caused by construction crew doing repairs on roof right above our room, front desk staff made no effort to attempt to rectify these situations with management or provide us with any information to contact someone in charge with authorization to compensate us for being disrupted during our and inconveniently having to be forced to leave by the excessive noise caused by construction directly above the room we paid for to make celebrating our anniversary a special occasion. The whole experience from the moment we pulled in to the valet to checking out unexpectedly early gave us the impression the staff didn’t respect us or the hotels reputation and policy regarding hospitality and comfort of its guests. I felt we were taken advantage by the way they advertised their establishment online utilizing a 3rd party to make reservations easy. I hope management will consider reviewing our experience and make corrections to their staff members cavalier attitude and ethics towards customer service industry. It would be gratefully appreciated to know our concerns were addressed by acknowledging the time spent filling this out wasn’t wasted, as we feel our money was, on saving to spend the night at their hotel to make celebrating our anniversary a special moment there instead of somewhere else.
