It was good but i had hurt my foot so it was hard to.do the stairs.in the parking lot

I was moved 3 times. 1st time room dirty and bad smell. 2nd time bugs in the room. 3 time shower doors not working.

I could smell a slight musty smell in our room. It was not real bad, but management needs to correct this. Other than that, it was a very good hotel to stay at. Also, their breakfast bar was very good. It had healthy choices which I was happy with.

My 2 night stay
Adequate location, hotel is doing major construction project, nice staff is very nice and helpful, I didn’t get a daily maid service, loud highway noises at night, bed was comfortable, shower water was hot, fan in bathroom was loud like a jet engine right before take off. Ask for a room not facing the highway.

That was a business trip. 7 nights. Hotel is a little old but very well maintained and always clean. Staff are professionals nice and friendly. breakfast is adequate I have missed it a few times as I had to leave early to work. location is very good for the purpose of the trip. area has varieties of restaurants to meet wide range of tastes and budgets. Traffic was ok for the season as long as it is not rush hours. prices was a little higher than expected for the time of the year. I'm not sure about area safety and security but I did not experience any kind of troubles during my stay.
My room was okay. When I got my invoice my room # was wrong (211 instead of 308) and my checkout date was incorrect (Dec 9 instead of Dec 8). I had a prepaid room; I was there because my husband had two procedures at TexSan heart Hospital. The second procedure was done on Thursday evening instead of Friday morning. So he was released from the hospital on Friday. I checked out before noon on that day. Do I get credit for that third day or is it cancelled?

Had a few things like hairs in the bathroom, bathroom light barely lights up (after a few minutes it comes on bright enough to shower).
Construction outside our window on the building had scaffolding with trash all over.
Toilet had a trickle of water constantly flowing into lower bowl, causing the tank to refill every few minutes which is annoying at night when trying to sleep.

It was easy to choose the hotel because the website did a great job advertising the breakfasts and pool. Which in reality I was hoping my kids could enjoy the pool during this gorgeous weather . Unfortunately, that was not the case. Due to construction, my kids were upset to find out they packed their swimsuits and not used them.
Then, the bathroom faucet was clogged up which took some time away from us trying to get ready in time for the wedding.

I understand that you’re under renovation. However, the main entrance needs sweeping and surrounding landscape needs trimming. Your services and my room were great, but your appearance needs work. That’s it. Thank you for your hospitality.
