The riverwalk area is absolutley unique. We chose this hotel soley for its location righ talong the Riverwalk. the staff was super friendly from the Valets at curbside to the front desk staff.

Unique, elegant, and charming atmosphere with up to date facilities. Lots of attention to detail. We loved utilizing the intimate sitting areas including the courtyard. Very quiet and comfortable as well. All of the staff were accommodating and thoughtful.

Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately bad first impression. We arrived at 5:40 on Saturday afternoon for a one night stay. Needed to freshen up for a planned occasion. Our room wasn’t ready. Surprised that there wasn’t any kind of pre-warning or a concession proffered. Gave us free drink vouchers for bar.

We left for a concert Saturday night and dame back to out sink overflowing with DIRTY water. No, we didn’t leave the water running.. it was back up from the higher floors. ALL my make up toiletries and hair tools were covered in dirty water. They didn’t have a “snake” available to fix it and no one would be available to fix it until the following morning between 7-10. We had to leave by 8 as we had a flight back home at 10 so that was really frustrating! It was a huge inconvenience, disgusting and a disappointment as most know make up/toiletries aren’t cheap!
