One of two elevators were broken, so there were waits of up to 10 minutes to use them, especially in the morning when staff needed them to get cleaning carts to upper floors. Our room did not have hot water at all. The carpet in our room was torn in a large patch. The nice wooden bed frame had a lip around the mattress that had not been cleaned and had dirt, crumbs and all sorts of hair in it. This is not a place we will stay again.

They only had 1 working elevator. Had to wait long times to get to my room. Have bad knees and can’t go up the stairs.

The rooms here need a renovation and the lady at the front desk needs more customer service and awareness training. Be sure to call ahead prior to arriving to ensure the amenities listed will be available. I mean even for the basics. The location is ideal but there are several other options, choose them instead. I won’t be returning.

Awesome!
Alberto was amazing upon check in. Very nice and accommodating, the room was great. Very clean and well maintained. I did get overcharged for my pet but I called and they issued a refund for the difference. I would stay again.

Everyone was so helpful and pleasant during our stay. I really felt they cared about me as a customer and wanted me to feel they were there to help with whatever I needed. Awesome staff!

What ever happened to free con breakfast? 4.50 for a bagel is not a way to keep us coming back. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT.

The only thing eas cleaning lady came in very early to clean and open the door without previous notice. They had a fire alarm go on because of a fire or smoke in the kitchen so we all had to evacuate .. not too good for a holiday weekend sorry

Showed up at 11 pm exhausted only to be told Hilton had cancelled the reservation, no rooms available, no manager available, nothing to be done. Still no resolution from Hilton after promise to “look into it.”
