Overall nice experience. Chair in room not very comfortable and would’ve liked more variety at breakfast. Example/bread to make toast, bagels or English muffins. Hotel staff was polite, rooms nice size and clean. Check in/out very easy.
We stayed 5 days and had a very good experience. Front desk was always friendly as was all of the staff. Rooms were cleaned every day even though we were told every other day. Breakfast was so so,but we were mostly eating out with family. Overall we were very happy with our stay

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Property was a little older, low water pressure when we went to shower. My husband was disappointed there was no bacon for breakfast.

Ok stay
The room I stayed in was big so that was nice. But the bed was old. Every time I would move in it it would make noise. The mattress seemed like it was old. The shower was a roll in shower but the curtain didn’t go to the floor so water would cover the bathroom floor. I stayed down the street at a different hotel about 2 years ago and it was a much better hotel and was have the price this one was. The staff was friendly for the most part. I had one late night front desk guy that was rude. But everyone els was good. Going through hotels.com was the worst part of this trip. I will not use them again.

Okay hotel
All in all our stay was okay. No complaints you can tell the hotel needs some updating but it was clean. We normally book here when we come to San Antonio. Although my husband prefers more update hotels so we more thqn likely will not rebook here again. For some reason we could not really watch tv at night basically no channels available to watch.
The breakfast was mediocre the bacon was more like bacon bits and not real slices of bacon. The served its purpose for a 2 night stay. If booking longer stay definitely recommend looking around for other places.
