So we had booked July 16th through the 18th for our wedding getaway (getting married on the 18th). I had planned lots of stuff for our kids to do at Seaworld because this is a big weekend for all of us to be joining as a family. I had messaged and spoke to them on July 1st to inquire about early check in because we had booked stuff at Seaworld earlier in the day and I didn’t want my wedding dress to sit in the car until 4 pm check in. I let them know I would have booked the 15th, but my son had football practice until 8pm and it was a 4 hr drive for us. She said she couldn’t earlier check in and said I would still have to pay for the night before, but then I could come anytime. I wasn’t happy about it, but I booked the night before and we just decided we would load up and drive at night while the kids were sleeping. When we got here it was 2am and did not realize I would have to call and wake someone up when I got here. I called the number and of course Gail answered the phone and was not happy. After I explained to her the conversation she said she could do check in in the morning because they stopped doing check in at 10pm. I told her I had two kids with me and she huffed and said her husband had just had surgery. She came and let us in and seemed a little nicer then, but I was shocked this was how we were greeted. This is sup to be a special weekend for us, but now I have to deal with this lady the ready of my weekend until we check out on our wedding day… after she came out and gave us codes I looked back through the messages sent on July 1st and took screen shots of everything.
