"Very expensive, assuming that the location was comparable to other places close? There were little baby ants near our coffee maker…yikes! Shower was big & nice. Short walk to the beach was a plus. Quite a few homeless people around the area, but all seemed pretty harmless and safe:)"

"Nice clean place not far from downtown. The room, furniture, linens, bathroom looked new (very nice!). There is a small yard with flowers and tables. Pool looked nice, but it was not heated, so we did not use it. People were sunbathing at the pool though. Parking spaces are a little tight, could be a problem for vans and SUVs."
