"No hand sanitizer at food restaurants. Food was little quantity. Food was kept at unsafe temperatures. Very little choice for for health options for food. They hound you and I mean hound you to join the Wyndham Club that have special rooms, special place on the beach…….that not a soul was using. Beach was Fantastic."

"The beach is awesome. Unfortunately, the price one pays is not reflected in the state of the rooms. Too many ruined down details and basic things missing that frankly makes you mad since they are really simple to repair. The staff is amazing but entangled trying to keep up with all the clients demands resulting from the lack of maintenance. It is a shame. This place used to be tops. Not anymore, and certainly not the “delux paradise “ they sell. Even the pool is missing tiles …"

"Me and my family stayed at this beautiful hotel from 02/15/24-02/19/24. The apartment was spacious, clean with a breathtaking view of the Samana Bay. We were able to spot lots of whales out of our balcony!! The beds were cozy and clean. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this place for everyone and would definitely come back here some day. Special thanks to the manager Freddy, Alejandro receptionist for the smooth check in/out and for everything! "

"Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Extremely noisy! Neighbour adjacent to hotel plays music at a ridiculously loud level, had to use ear plugs and still sounded louder than a loud concert. Very very noisy part of town. "

"This is a real beach get away, there is not so much around but that adds to the tranquility of the area. If you need to just get away from the crowds and enjoy the coast this is a wonderful place. The jungle apartment also was incredible, we would spend an hour just watching the wildlife on the tree that runs through the building. Of course being in the jungle environment means jungle animals so be warned there will be some big looking spiders. "
