The hotel is walking distance from the terminal bus station which was a plus. There are restruant just on the side of hotel.pharmacy, convience store are right around the corner.The air conditioner is very cool.I like that it has an extra latch to lock door from the inside to be safer

Various things: 1. the door to our room was stuck; needed to run the key card twice and almost kick the door open (no exaggeration here) 2. the carpet in the room was dirty 3. there were dirty spots on the wall 4. THE DOOR TO THE EMERGENCY EXIT WAS EITHER LOCKED OR STUCK AS WELL! (Capitals deliberate) 5. at breakfast I asked if there were knives; there weren't; they told me to use a spoon instead (to put butter on my bread?) 6. this hotel was very basic; I expected basic (just spending the night), but this was less than I expected 7. the hotel is not in a very nice neighborhood; this is not a complaint, because I should have checked better, but it is worth mentioning I thought this was comparable to Holiday Inn Express (where we stayed in Austin); basic but okay. This was not okay. It was terrible.

When we arrived the people at the front desk were rude and pressuring us to get another room for my little kid. I told them I was not comfortable having him be in a different room and they insisted that I had to pay extra if he stayed in the same room. It’s crazy how they tried to charge for everything. The lights were not working on our room. It smelled horrible. The AC was not working. It was honestly terrible.

El hotel no está donde indica el mapa. El mapa indica que está en la colonia Miraflores, sobre paseo se la Reforma, pero no es así. Está en frente de la Central de Autobuses.

Llegamos a las 4:00pm y no tenían lista la habitación, nos pidieron esperar cuando teníamos muchísima prisa por dejar nuestras pertenencias, vestirnos e irnos a una boda. Una de las personas de recepción me contestó molesta cuando le pregunté a qué hora era el check-in. Al final pudieron resolvernos dándonos otra opción de habitación, pero fue una mala experiencia por la actitud de la persona cuando el no tener habitaciones listas fue error del hotel. La limpieza de la habitación está bien, pero las toallas se notan muy viejas.

Functional but needs attention
We chose this hotel for its proximity to the project we were working on but it was functional at best. I found hair I. The bathroom if my first room which was quite small. The manager was very kind and gave me an upgraded (larger) room with sofa and kitchenette. The additional space (and no hair) was appreciated but the carpet and sofá were stained giving the room the feeling of being dirty even though it was clean. The tiny gym need some care - the pedal of the elliptical machine was broken. Breakfast was included and was basic but fine.
