"We spent three nights here and really enjoyed our time. The apartment was clean and checking in and out was a breeze. The location is walkable to a lot of restaurants and is just a short walk to the Latin Quarter. There is also a small Tesco just up the street. But the killer feature of this place is the amazing view out across Galway Bay. Pictures don’t do it justice, it is spectacular. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Good location with a great view. Saw Dolpins swimming with the swimmers. Facility was good for us with kitchen and comfortable beds. Didnt like the washer dryer combination, but we ran in to it wherever we stayed. Not easy to use and takes a long time to wash and dry."

"We had a lovely stay at the Swallow Loft. It is a very unique property perfectly close to Galway’s city center. Peggy was very responsive especially with the issue with the humidity level we were experiencing in the place. I think this place is best for 2 people as the bedroom/bathroom at the lower level smelled a little musty. The overall cleaning looked ok but not fresh."

"The best thing about Galway Bay Hotel is the staff. Absolutely the best hotel staff we had on our trip around Ireland - friendly, professional, and genuine. "Ideally located for salthill promenade including blackrock if you fancied an early morning swim, you wouldnt be alone. The rooms are spacoous , airy and well maintained. The breakfast was scrumptious, with plenty of choice. If i was to say anothong other than an excellent stay, when they the quieter time os between 7 and 8am , only if no tour parties are staying.although the restaurant area was lathe enougb to cater for all."

"This is a great hotel with absolutely lovely staff! The location was absolutely fantastic as well, located right in the middle of some of the best night life in Galway. The only thing I will warn is that it can be loud outside depending on what room you are in! We had a great view of Quay’s but sometimes took a few minutes extra to fall asleep due to the night life outside. However, it’s totally worth it and if you have the opportunity to stay, please do! It’s a great hotel in a great location. The people made it even better :)"
