"Lovely hotel, very clean, the food and staff were brilliant! The entertainment staff kept the kids and us entertained all week and Christina was a standout entertainer running events and getting people hyped up getting their certificates. "

"The hotel is very old and in a very bad condition. Everything, including the sheets and towels, in the room was dirty. The bathroom was not comfortable. The room cleaning service never did the job perfectly (each day they forgot something, sometimes forgot to put towels, sometimes forgot to put sheets on the bed or cover the pillow). The only downside for us was that the breakfast was not anywhere near hot enough, we were also expecting a separate section to dine in as we had booked a penthouse room but this was not offered on any occasion as described. We would recommend this hotel to others because of all its positives they just need to re look at the breakfast service, we cannot comment on the other meals as we were only bed and breakfast "
