It was very clean and comfortable.very easy check in and out with the homeowner It has a beautiful courtyard with plenty of outdoor space for a quiet night just sitting around with friends. Very close to the beach and the boardwalk and some really nice restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends or even another long weekend trip."

"This little gem was in the BEST location for us. Early morning sunrise was half a block away from a pristine beach! Step right outside to hop on the OC bus which takes you in and out of all the action. The studio apt was very clean and had EVERYTHING we needed, including a FULL kitchen, washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrella! The bed was comfy, the wifi worked perfectly and we loved sitting out of the deck. The owner was extremely nice, answered back within a few minutes with each question,...

"When we arrived, we were able to park in the covered garage and immediately go up to our condo. We had plenty of space to unpack and set up comfortably. The balcony area has a wonderful view of the ocean and always has a nice breeze. The condo was clean and sufficient for our needs. Thank you Darlene for letting us use your condo. We will be back soon!"

"I stayed there for vacation with my two young children and I had to upgrade my room to a bigger room with a small kitchen. Although it was a little more expensive it was worth it because you have a full refrigerator and a place to eat. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the property manager. We also really enjoyed saying there it was in walking distance to everything."

"This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting...
