"Everything here is an attempt to cut costs and make more money. Bed not made (fine), no Aircon despite crazy heat, towels for rent (3.5 euro), lose your keycard (5 euro to replace a bit of plastic), showers on very short timers, toiletries not refilled, bathrooms dirty with mould on ceilings, ants in rooms. Want to leave your bag for a few hours before leaving? Pay per hour for lockers. Awful awful attitude for a hostel."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and there were lots of amenities that made our stay more comfortable. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable– they even had a specific desk for information about the Taylor Swift concert :). It’s in an ideal location to get around Lyon and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, but the public transportation is easy to reach too. Highly recommend. "
