"Friendly employees and a nice breakfast buffet. Two surprising parts; - no 24-hour reception, - (maybe it was a mistake), queen-size bed but 90 cm wide duvet on top. I had no power to ask for a proper one, so I settled with it. Also, it would be nicer to have more than one piece of bath towel, even for a one-night stay. There was a very good sunlight and ght control in the room, you could make it very dark when it needs to be. "

"I arrived late and left early, so I didn't get to explore Hamburg at all. The hotel's location is great for access to the railway station. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and I appreciated there being oat milk. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, however there was no air-conditioning and it was a little stuffy. Also I think the use of plastic cups is not environmentally friendly."
