The room was clean, you could tell that it was older as it had telephone jacks throughout, and minimal USB ports for more modern devices. "Beautiful Hyatt in downtown area of Sacramento near the Capital building. Continently located near the Golden 1 Center, about 12 minute walk. Comfortable bed (really comfortable) and clear room. There is quite a bit of construction occurring across the street but the hotel itself is exceptionally quiet. I enjoyed the pool and had breakfast at the restraurant vines, which was good but pricey. The gym is around the corner in 12th street and bigger than most hotel gyms. "

"We were pleasantly surprised at the gorgeous 1864 built Victorian mansion converted into a beautiful venue with all the amenities you’d expect from a hotel and some you don’t always get such as snacks in the lobby. The beds are comfy, the shower is huge and the rooms are so well insulated that we didn’t hear any hallway traffic or our neighbors.
