A Family Reunion
This house was very suitable for our large family gathering with 3 generations. The spa pool was well used and on one morning we lit the fire which created a very cosy atmosphere.

Great place for a family holiday
We had 3 generations for our family holiday and the house was great for us all !! We had a minor problem with the air con unit and the property manager was immediately responsive and so helpful. Definately recommend.

Ideal Spot for Families
We loved staying at this property. There was ample room for all three families and we loved the downstairs area for the kids. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we come back to Rotorua. Thanks heaps

Close to the Mountain Bike Park
Generally enjoyed the stay; quite disappointed with the water pressure both of the upstairs showers which was very poor; and palm and hand prints on the windows. The garage was a great place to store the 7 bikes we had with us and the location to the Whakarewarewa mountain bike park was excellent.

Spacious and versatile

Perfect for a group MTB trip
A really spacious property with a great kitchen and dining area for a group meal after riding. Bigger than we expected, with an extra lounge the kids could use. Quality beds and bedding were great. We're already planning a return visit!

Sunny, large and well-appointed property. Lounge area is great but the deck could do with an umbrella to add shade. We enjoyed the spa pool but it was concerning that all of the safety clips to secure the cover were broken. Also, the lock on the door to the spa area was a door handle height. A worry for us with our 3 year old. Upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable but downstairs was noisy with every footstep above creating creaks. Nice neighborhood and the property manager was lovely.

Fantastic house for a group
Recently stayed here with family and friends - fabulous house for a group. It comfortably fits 3-4 families. The kids loved the large bunk room, their own TV room downstairs and the spa! The kitchen must have been fairly recently renovated and was very nice to use - the upstairs kitchen / dining / living area is a great social space. It was very cold in Rotorua when we stayed, but the fire and plenty of heaters around the house kept us warm. Would highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was perfect for our group of friends, having downstairs area for kids to sleep and hangout in the 2nd lounge was ideal. Nice quiet area and still in easy location to everything too. We would come back for sure.

Spacious accommodation for many people
We found this house to be well size for our extended family who were travelling for the Tarawera Ultra Marathon. The kitchen is very nice with plenty of kit (glasses, plates etc.) Two things for improvement, 1) update the bathrooms, they don't match the newness of the kitchen. 2) some more new/sharp kitchen knives. Neither of these stopped our enjoyment of the property, I would stay again.

Excellent!
The house is conveniently located within short drive to most of the Rotorua attractions. All the beds are comfortable, clean linens and towels provided which allowed us to pack less. Spa is really nice. Safety gate on top of the stairs gives us peace of mind for our toddler. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this house. Thank you!

The house is very clean, welcoming and in a great location. Great for families.
It is so nice to enter a home that is welcoming. The owner and property manager takes pride in this home and you feel it went you arrive. There are plenty of beds, very clean and in a great location. My kids appreciated the WiFi and TV channels available as well as the space.

GREAT STAY
This house was great!!! So much space & so many rooms - the bunk room had soooo many beds you could fit a whole sports team in this house no problems. Dealing with Becs was great & she was able to change things for us when things changed at short notice. I did have an issue at the house but calling the number given we got a response straight away - we did find it was us in the end & not the Spa pool that had the issue lol but the lady who we got on the end of the phone was still helpful & patient with us. Would definitely come back again on a trip to Rotorua

Fabulous, roomy high-end venue
We gathered an extended family together for a surprise 70th birthday weekend & this property was perfect. Lots of communal spaces for everyone to enjoy each other's company, or to break off into smaller groups. Loved it so much we ended up bring takeaways for a lovely night-in instead of a meal out. Highly recommend & keen to book in again sometime.

Great place to stay.
We decided to have a family reunion and decided to hire and stay at a house that could accommodate all 16 of us. There was plenty of space for all and we never felt crowded. The view over Rotorua was superb. The jacuzzi was a welcoming addition and plenty of firewood to keep the place warm. Everything about the place suited our family. Only thing that you should keep in mind is that if you are a loud family to give this place a miss as you are constantly conscious of the neighbors who are regular residents. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend giving this house a consideration. Thanks

Best batch ever
A family of 13 from Hawke’s Bay had missed our Cruise holiday. We were lucky enough to still travel around the North Island. We were so lucky to come across this place. So affordable. Easy Check-in. The house was beautiful, amazing view!!!!!! Bonus that the kids had bunks, and there own space to play down stairs. Thank you so so much for accomodating my family!!! Great place to have a family get-together
Really enjoyed ourselves staying here - house is absolutely perfect for a large group - the children (all cousins) all slept in the bunk room and had an exciting time with each other. Plenty of fire wood, kitchen has everything you need. Good communication with owners. Spa pool was great. A fun time had by all.

Love our stay with our young children
This property is great, lovely modern kitchen with open plan living areas. Plenty of rooms to sleep everyone, the beds were comfy and nice linen. Location was perfect for us...2min drive to the bike park. And a quiet culdesac for the kids to ride their bikes in. We loved the spa in the evenings too.

Wonderfully roomy & very warm & cozy. Plenty of kitchen equipment & lovely bedding and towels. Indoor spa was divine for our winter stay. Think the cleaning team forgot to leave milk/tea/coffee/rubbish bags/matches/dish cloths & washing powder etc.. perhaps something that needs to be followed up.

Excellent deluxe retreat.
We stayed in Rotorua for a 3 day family celebration for 3 big birthdays in the year. We chose this property so we could all,, 11 of us ages from 6 to 86, get to know each other but not be tripping over ourselves. The attention to detail was amazing. Perfect layout, roomy, excellent facilities. Excellent to have a fully functioning kitchen with dishes and all. My husband said the accommodation was excellent he has never used that word before about anything!. We had an excellent memorable family celebratory weekend away and thoroughly enjoyed it all. The house made a huge difference. We had takeaways, played board games for hours, night luging, escape room and motion entertainment, beautiful lunch at the Aorangi Peak Restaurant. Everyone had a great time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect accommodation. A big part of our perfect weekend. Very blessed.

Fantastic place for a group holiday
We were a large group of 4 families. Having the extra living room and bunk room downstairs was amazing as kids hung out there leaving the adults with some chill out space upstairs. All furnishings were very comfortable and the spa was lovely. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back!

PERFECT
Property is obviously dated, but absolutely clean and tidy and perfect for my need for 14 friends and family to stay, with plenty of room to have our own space and also to socialise together. Fireplace kept the house warm for us Queenslanders!! Location was great, good neighborhood. The property exceeded my expectations, very very very happy.
