"Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...

"There was no front desk to help me with issues everything had to be done online I had to pull over twice while driving and even then there were problems Room was fine and access to the beach was terrific, just didn't like it that there was nobody on site to help me with problems and that you're on your own to find parking"

I can honestly say that it is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, and the high standards are maintained throughout the hotel. The food choice is excellent, although the dining room is large and can become a little noisy at times! "The apartment was clean but lacked any soap, shampoo, dishsoap or other cleaning products, which staff refused to provide. There is no AC and no fans are provided. The beds were of poor quality, one broke when someone lied down, however it was replaced quickly. Staff is friendly and responsive on WhatsApp, but there is no way to talk to someone on the phone, and there is no staff working in person at the hotel. We received text messages ahead of our arrival with an address to pick up the keys, but right before we arrived we received a message saying the keys were at the hotel, we misunderstood and ended up driving to the first location and looking for the keys there for a while."
