Disappointing experience. Don't waste your money
Quite dispappointed with the stay. As hotel is very aged & in poor condition. Rooms are old & small. I have rated oaky only due to good service. Even the breakfast was not great. Cereals at breakfast were cheap & soggy. I will not recommended this place to stay with Kids.

The room was too small and the bed was too small. I never saw that much small room before. I couldn’t even take it. So I complained about it. They changed to a little bigger room and charged me $37 more each night.

Great location away from the main Rome tourist spots. Very near train and bus stops. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Quiet for Rome standards.

Completely average hotel with very dated fixtures and furniture. Felt like a flashback to the 70s. The Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Room and common areas were impeccably clean however and there was a small balcony.

The property is at a great location from the center of rome where all the major landmarks are, they are literally 15-20 minutes away. Great place also for some piece and quiet but still on the city of rome. Over all great location.

My husband and I are Americans who stayed at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our broken Italian language. The breakfast costs $5/day/person (not free continental), and there is very limited parking. But this hotel had great customer service, was close to many places to eat, a small grocery store, coffee shop next door, plus not too far of a drive from all the attractions. This motel was nicely decorated and clean as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to somebody looking for a good place to stay.

4-star hotel? 4 out of 10....maybe. Front desk staff was not friendly, acted like you were bothering them if you had a question. Breakfast buffet was hit and miss, noticed the coffee machine was acting up on multiple days. If the eggs or bacon ran out, it was a 10-15 minute wait before they brought more. Had to ask a few times to get the juice(s) refilled. Empty water bottles left about, just not a pleasant stay.

Rooms are big considering it is italy. Not far from subway. I like the balcony. Gives you local feeling. Staff are helpful. We stored our bags for a day there to take the tour .

Nice Hotel for Stay in Rome
This is a nice hotel. The staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Our three day stay was very pleasant.

It was a nice hotel in a quiet area, but easy access to the center of Rome. The rooms are small but I think its a major city thing. But overall I would stay there again.

reasonably conveniently placed and economical
We have used this hotel before. It is on a busy road so can be quite noisy, but is also on various bus routes so quite convenient for sightseeing and more economical than some more central hotels. There are also two convenient restaurants and a good supermarket within two minutes walk.

Retired solo.
On A Winter break in Rome, I found this hotel to be almost perfect, clean comfortable and a very obliging staff.( room change for personal reasons, no problem.) a quick bus ride from the centre. Hope for a return visit.

Creepy looking hotel
The interior of the hotel was decorated by dolls and did not give the greatest impression. The room was clean but did not feel welcoming. Very tight space for two double bed room. Washroom not so clean. Overall not the greatest stay and not returning back.

Good hotel not too far from the centre
Hotel Santa Costanza was reasonably priced. It has good bus links, the metro is a litte further away. There is a 24/7 nearby and some nice restaurants. The air conditioning was one of the best features and the free wifi too. Breakfast is basic but for 5 euros per person is actually ok.

Great location in central location
Very nice hotel. Reasonably priced. Rooms are super clean and you have wifi and breakfast. Centrally located for easy trip to sites. Only downside is the city tax added to room above Expedia price.

Worst hotel I've stayed at
The hotel staff was extremely rude. They bumped our reservation and pretended that it was for us to figure it out. The room was dirty upon arrival we found some used earplugs on the sofa. The breakfast was unpalatable and the room needed an urgent renovation. I'm an avid traveler and this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at definitely not close to a 4 star hotel it pretends to be.
