"Some friends and I stayed here for 3 nights in beautiful 30A. Somehow the area exceeds the expectations you’ve already heard about 30A. The house itself was clean, everything worked, and the host was very responsive. The back deck was a perfect way to unwind after a beach day and the golf cart was SO fun to ride around in all the backroads of 30A there are to discover. Would absolutely book this place again."

"This neighborhood is perfect and the house is gorgeous. We’ve stayed everywhere on 30A and we definitely like this area best. It’s not as crowded but can easily take the golf carts or bikes to Seaside square. Beaches are open and no private issues. Lots of restaurants around and close to Publix."

"We enjoyed staying in this Grayton beach historic home. There is a lot to love about this quirky cabin. The Grayton shuttle makes this location more desirable as they pick you up and drop you off right across the street. The drivers are friendly and helpful - a wonderful service. I’m not giving a 5 star bc the kitchen is lacking and so is lighting on the back porch. The washer and dryer are outside making it difficult to do laundry in the dark or in the rain- the only time i want to do laundry....

"We had a great time at this vacation rental! The hosts were easy to reach and stopped by the first night to see if there was anything that we need. The location was great and close enough to walk to the beach and great dining. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and they provided plenty of bath towels. We did need to provide our own beach chairs, cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc. to accommodate the length of our stay. We would love to stay again!"
