The amenities said the breakfast was included (which was a factor when we booked this property) but later the staff denied that they don't serve free breakfast buffet, which was a shock. I stayed at Pilibhit House this year and last year for MahaShivratri, as it is right on Maa Ganga in Haridwar, within 10-15 minutes walking distance to Har Ki Pauri Ghat. "I do not understand how did anyone give it an 8 in reviews. The hotel was in a hidden street. There was no lift. But the shocking part was the room we got smelled pungent of mould/fungus. It wasn't clean either and when we complained they said its because it was closed n they didnt have any other room. We had to ask for basic soap and a sitting low stool for bathing as there wasnt any. The bedsheet were off white with oily stains. We were so tired after a long journey but still we couldn't sleep...
