"My cousin and I enjoyed our stay at the Sand Hills Condominium community. The space was very secure and clean. We were fortunate enough to have a beautiful beach front view, and also a kitchen to prepare meals when we did not want to go out. It was wonderful! There was air conditioning in both bedrooms; however, the living area does not have air so it did get a little hot in there, but we were gone most of the time, and it cooled off in the evenings. "Great location for us. Close to Luquillo Beach and the kiosks but not right in it. Loved being so close to the water. The unit had everything. Although we ate out for every meal we could have easily cooked as well. The beach equipment came in very handy since we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. Our hosts were fantastic and were extremely prompt in answering any questions we had. We are already considering another stay as some point in the future."

"Nice comfortable condo inside! Had everything we needed, and the balcony view of the ocean was amazing! We did not make it down to the beach area, but saw a couple of surfers in the water and an occasional couple strolling … very peaceful. Had it not been raining the mornings we were there it’s an excellent spot to catch a beautiful sunrise. Place was quiet. Host was very communicative and quick to respond to our questions. And the evening security guard was so friendly and hilarious!"

"Louis is an excellent host! He was extremely responsive and made check-in very easy. We arrived to a clean and spacious condo with a perfect view! Louis had bottled waters in the fridge, snacks and even t shirts for the kids. The location can’t be beat! It’s close to the rainforest, local restaurants and cafes, and right on the beach! It’s an ideal place to experience the authenticity of Puerto Rico while staying in a nice place with many amenities!"

"Great property! Condo has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay. Spotless inside (the fridge is the only thing that needs to be changed), a/c kept everything cool, lots of room. Great location right on the beach (beach chairs and coolers provided), wonderful calm beach, great for long walks. Market across the street, close to El Yunque, convenient location (to get back to the airport). Highly recommend this condo!"

"Our family took a trip to Puerto Rico last week and it was unbelievable to say the least!! We traveled with 17 family members ranging from 2 to 72 and rented four units in the complex. Our unit was spacious, clean, and luxurious. Lucia was wonderful to work with she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!! Highly recommend this amazing place!"

"The condo was clean, comfortable and perfect location. We were right by the Luquillo beach and kiosks. Close drive to the rainforest. Close to our boat charter in Fajardo. The hostess and cohost were amazing. Many recommendations given. We had everything we needed for the beach. The tide was lower on our first day so we had a great time on the beach access at the condo. Checkin was easy. AC was cold. We loved it and would return again. Outside of building is a little wore and neighborhood...

"The condo is great, met all our needs, very clean. Would defiantly book again.The air conditioning throughout the condo was a plus, a lot of listings only say in bedrooms. Equipped kitchen, beach towels and chairs made things easy. Only one suggestion, to have a tea kettle. Finding condo and access was very easy. The communication with property manager was great. Several very good bakeries, grocery stores and food places near by. We look forward to coming back next year!"

"This place is amazing. Once we checked in, we instantly inquired about an extension. We could not stay for just 1 night. You have everything you need to escape from reality here. The beach is amazing to walk during low tide and when it’s high tide, the kayak is there to use. The pool (jacuzzi) was relaxing. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again."
