Everything was so dirty (walls, doors, light fixtures, etc.) I felt gross sleeping at that hotel, never again. I question the star rating as this isn’t uncleanliness from one previous client however long term neglect, I’ve stayed at much cleaner and nicer hotels with a lower star rating🤔

We booked at the last minute and received excellent service. They reached out when there was an issue with the booking. They greeted us kindly, everything was easy, convenient and clean. We walked to the water, a brewery, dinner and breakfast.

We had problems with the parking (there is a gate but it was open, no place to park), the shower was irregular, we had problems with the electric plugs, a lot were not working, coffee machine was defect... it was expensif for poor quality

The best room
I love the place. I travel a lot for my business and this is by far the best one. I had to stay again in Rimouski because of the storm I could not go back home and with this kind of room I could relax. Thank you

Floors were sticky and in bad shape. Window coverings not good enough, it was day at 5 am in the room. Old busted furniture. Elevator small and slow. No service at all. Parking said no smart or fiat and thats unacceptable in 2022, i wont go back i felt in a haunted house
