"I really enjoyed my stay at the Cornerstone B&B in late February / early March 2024. This was my third stay at the property and I would return again. The proprietor / hostess Sharie was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. She maintained the perfect balance of attentiveness and invisibility. "Although we were disappointed that there was a glitch with our Expedia order for a king room, staff was very accommodating in finding the best option for us. The bed was comfortable which is a big deal for us. Decor is dated, but part of what drew us there was the history, so we didn't mind at all. Breakfast was a little sparse at 9:30, but we got enough before hitting the road. "

"The bed! The bed is amazing! I love this hotel. Keep in mind, the floors are hardwood so it can be noisy. I would stay on the second floor to avoid the foot noise. "

"The room was clean, and I had easy access to a potty space for my dog. People smoked and talked just outside my window frequently (parking was directly in front of the room) so I couldn’t open the window, but that isn’t the properties fault. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the highway for a short overnight stay. "
