"We really enjoyed our stay here. Very nice room, and we were pleasantly surprised by the use of the free bicycles, which we were not aware of until we got there. Very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again, especially considering the price tags of some of the other hotels nearby."

"We enjoyed the stay here. There were not enough wall plugs, and no counter space in the bathroom, but we made it work. Beds were very clean and comfortable and the shower was nice. Pretty convenient location as well. I like the feel of the older buildings, and this one was built in 1928. Too bad rooms are no longer $2 like when it opened…"

"The history of the hotel is really interesting and was evident in the furnishings which, while worn, were good quality. The restaurant was also convenient and beautifully decorated albeit a bit pricey. The location was the real draw- between the light rail and Pike Place, it was a great spot to be for a short visit. If I were staying longer and had more time in the hotel room itself, I would probably find somewhere newer as the rooms definitely need some upgrades to the carpets and bathrooms."
