"Our stay at Villa Piedimonte was fantastic. The facility is clean and comfortable. Breakfast and room service were excellent. I had accidentally left my phone in Rome the morning that we arrived in Ravello. The staff was very helpful, making and translating phone calls for me. "Super helpful and informative staff that will go above and beyond to make your stay and navigation of the area more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for it's views, comfort, attention to detail and great service. My only advice would be, be prepared to get a leg work out! Given it's location you'll need to take many stairs if you come by the bus. It's well worth it! "

"Loved Grand Hotel de La Ville. Such beautiful rooms with inlaid wood, marble bathrooms, lovely painted tile floors. Breakfast and staff excellent. We had an end-view partial sea view, which I would skip in the future. Mostly a view of a neighboring apartment building, but everything else is fantastic. 5 minute walk to train station, 10 minute walk to shopping downtown."

"Staff were extremely friendly. Welcoming to our toddler and provided high quality service with a smile. Harsh and the staff at the restaurant were so attentative. The woman in the front who helps with bookings secured a last minute reservation at a rooftop directly in front of the duomo. Stunning views and meal. Thank you for the amazing stay and memorable 40th birthday treats as well thanks to Harsh for going above and beyond. All of the staff were AMAZING and easy to talk with. "
