I don't like rooms window because there is no window to come fresh air. Please keep window for room to stop breathing problem. In bathroom there is no ventilation. Bathrooms has no proper way to go water out .

I booked junior exicutive room. What I got is a room with 2 twin beds,no coach Restaurant quality (food) was not good at all. It used to be good I stayed here many times I will not stay there again

Nice hotel, tasteless room service meals
Stay is comfortable, rooms are well maintained. Food served in rooms is cold, takes 45 minutes to one hour for delivery and is not worthy of such reputed hotel. After trying 3 meals at the hotel I had to start ordering outside food. Hope the hotel improves their room service food quality/ taste.

Staff seemed very rude. We had booked 4 rooms and had paid extra to extend one of the rooms for late checkout and still they locked one of guests out. It was utterly unprofessional. Our guests had to call us to get the matter sorted. We called the hotel to get this fixed and they did but they still had the audacity to tell our guests that they should check out on time. Ridiculous. I paid 40k to stay at this useless hotel. The only reason I booked this was because it was close to the airport and I had an early morning flight.

1. Telephone lines don’t work. I tried for an hour to reach out to the front office and the kitchen. Later I called the hotel board line to place my order 2. AC not cooling 3. The stay was ok, but the staff asked us to move rooms due to some maintenance on their end in between our stay. This was incorrectly communicated to be next day of our stay during checkin but we didn’t get any calls. The day after, they just called 10mins before and repeatedly disturbed us till we vacated, did not even consider it was a problem at their end. Other than that, the stay was ok. The property is clean and maintained.

a very good location for our needs.
the hotel was in a great location for our purposes. Wi-Fi worked pretty well, but it's one of those buildings where it was difficult to connect to internet through data. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful and pleasant. A favorite was Ganesh who was a server in the restaurant. We were on the second floor, very near the pool. People could walk by our window and workmen were there sometimes. We'd have to keep the curtains closed to keep privacy. I didn't like this part of the room. Shower and bathroom facilities were good.

Good overall, needs a few touches
The property is still in good condition despite the pandemic. Room was clean and comfortable. I would have appreciated carpet slippers and hand towels being there without specifically being requested. I had an issue with the biling, which seems to have moreto do with Expedia / Hotels.com than Novotel. Would have liked to see a cheese platter in the breakfast buffet.

2 aged ladies travelling to Pune, were not allowed to checkin to their pre-paid hotel room, under the consequence of missing one Aadhar card. Mrs. D Kanti Kiran on submitting hers was also not allowed to check in, since her friend was not carrying her's. Despite submitting her Voters ID they were made to wait for as long as the staff members willed. Despite speaking to the staff and informing them that Mrs. Kiran has health issues, the staff pretended to be stone deaf. The very next day the guests checked out for the outrageous service provided by the hoteliers. Checked into JW Marriott where they had a FANTASTIC experience. During check out when the guests asked for a refund, they were apparently told that only if the card holder called and requested for the same will it be done. We hereby would like to state, that we have officially removed Novotel from our list of stays.
